Fees

For the first ten listings, there is no management fee.

  • The Management Fee is $495 including GST payable on listing a property. This includes a Trade Me base listing, EPEX listing and For Sale sign.
  • The Sale Fee is $1,000 including GST. This is payable by the seller only upon the unconditional sale. No sale no fee.
  • EPEX is completely free for buyers
